About the Esports Technical Advisory Committee
The Esports Technical Advisory Committee (ETAC) was created by NRS 463.830. The Committee provides recommendations on any guidelines and parameters that are necessary to safeguard the integrity of Esports when wagers are placed at such competition. The Committee is advisory in nature and its recommendations are not binding on the Nevada Gaming Commission or the Nevada Gaming Control Board. The Committee is comprised of professionals from the Esports industry, including game publishers, hosts, participants, and broadcasters as appointed by the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
