About the Gaming Lab
The Gaming Lab examines, tests and recommends Gaming Devices for approval or denial by the Board and Commission. We inspect gaming devices in the laboratory and in the field to ensure continued integrity, and assist in resolving gaming patron disputes through analysis of device electronics and software. The Lab is charged with reviewing and approving Associated Equipment. Outside the lab, we work with manufacturers in the industry to review new products and maintain technical standards that the products must adhere to.
