As of January 1, 2007, the Nevada Department of Public Safety's Criminal History Repository will no longer be accepting electronic fingerprint submissions for gaming employees from non-public agencies. Electronic submissions will still be accepted from police departments, sheriffs' office, and other public agencies in the State of Nevada, but private companies will now be required to provide the applicant with two physical civil applicant fingerprint cards to submit along with the application for registration as a gaming employee. Certain companies who are participating in a new Pilot program with the Department of Public Safety will still have electronic submission capabilities. If you have any questions concerning this change, please contact the Employee Registration Unit.

Please use the links below to access these documents. You may choose to submit both reports monthly (rather than only submitting the termination report on a quarterly basis). To Licensees Using Temporary Employees from Employment Agencies: Be advised that all temporary gaming employees must be registered with the Gaming Control Board. You will need to access the Gaming Control Board's System of Records to verify the status of the employee. You must file a Change of Location Notice for the temporary gaming employee if they are registered or hold an active gaming card. If they are not registered or do not hold an active gaming card, you must register them with the Gaming Control Board and you must show them on your hire report as "temporary" with the date of hire. Please ensure that all departments at your property using temporary gaming employees go through the Human Resources Department in order to obtain the proper paperwork for submission to the Gaming Control Board Employee Registration Unit.
