The Gaming Control Board (GCB) has developed a PC-based system on which tax forms can now be entered and filed electronically for existing licensees. The Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) software is provided to licensees at no cost and is designed to run with minimal hardware requirements.
Additionally, the GCB accepts Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT) for our EDI filers. Electronic payments via wire transfers, automated clearing house credit or interbank transfers (Bank of America) are accepted as payment for fees and taxes due from licensees. The electronic filing of tax forms is not mandatory at this time, but is encouraged due to the large volume of forms that are manually processed each month.
