Internal Control Standards Group I Licensees Effective Through December 31, 2008 |

| The following Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS) were adopted and became effective October 1, 2003. Group I licensees were to be in compliance with these MICS by January 21, 2004. Due to the adoption of revised MICS requiring compliance of Group I licensees by January 1, 2009, the following MICS will no longer be in effect after that time. |
